O.k., so, up until this point, everything's been in a nice, easy to follow format.  I hope you didn't get spoiled because that is about to end.  From now on, the stories I'll be adding will be being posted as I finish editing them.  They may be a bit rougher than the first batch because I've only read them 500 times instead of 1000.  My apologies.

I don't write in chronological order.  I write my stories as I emotionally process the actual events.  As a result, some VERY important moments of my life at the Hotel have yet to be put into words. 

Honestly, it's a little scary at times.  If I'm not ready or willing to deal with how I genuinely felt about something, then I'm in for a big emotional shock.  I re-live the moments as I write about them.  In some ways I feel more like a journalist than a story-teller, and sometimes I've had to put my pen down, or close the lap-top, to allow time for me to reflect. 

China has changed my life.  I think, for the better...
